Devi's Ayurvedic Panjiri is a superfood crumble made with whole grains, roasted nuts, seeds, ghee, and warming spices — rooted in a tradition cherished across Northern South Asia for generations. Each of its 15 ingredients are individually slow roasted and ground into the crumble in a process that takes five hours.

Panjiri has long been prepared during moments of transition, healing, and renewal: postpartum recovery, seasonal shifts, times when the body needs deep nourishment. Warm, spiced, and satisfyingly crumbly, it's as delicious as it is restorative.
